Events Calendar View
The Events Calendar gives you a visual way to plan and manage your events across weeks or months. It helps your team stay organized, avoid conflicts, and reduce reliance on spreadsheets.
Switch to Calendar View
1. Open the Events List
From the left-hand menu in the dashboard, click Event List.
2. Change your view
Select the Calendar View tab above the Event List to switch to Calendar View.
Choose Your Layout
Use the toggle at the top-right of the calendar to choose between Week and Month views.
- Week view is helpful for managing high-volume or overlapping events.
- Month view is ideal for long-range planning and spotting trends.
Navigate the Calendar
- Use the arrows in the top left to move between weeks or months.
- Click Today to jump back to the current date.
View and Manage Events
Click on any event to view its details or open the event editor.
- See event name, date, and lot at a glance
- Open the full event page for editing or reviewing settings
Create Events from the Calendar
To add a new event while in Calendar view:
- Click the + Create Event button in the top-right corner.
- Select a date and choose the lot.
- Fill in the event details and save as usual.
Limitations
- Drag-and-drop rescheduling is not yet supported
- Multi-calendar view and advanced filters are not available (yet)
- High-volume accounts may experience slower load times — we recommend Week view for faster performance
