Multi-Day Events
Multi-Day Events enables flexible, accurate scheduling across multiple, nonconsecutive days without requiring parkers to register multiple times.
Unlike clunky workarounds using duplicate Events or Registration Settings, this feature empowers teams to simplify the guest experience, reduce administrative overhead, and improve data quality.
It’s perfect for sports seasons, summer camps, and multi-session conferences.
Why This Matters
Previously, if your event spanned scattered dates, you had to:
- Create multiple Event links
- Use a blanket date range (which made reporting inaccurate)
- Or hack together a solution using Registration Settings
Multi-Day Events solves all of that - giving you a clean, centralized way to define exact event access windows that are communicated to LPR and enforcement in real time.
How It Works
1. Create an Event
Click Create Event and fill out your usual event details.

2. Add Multiple Dates or Ranges
On the Add Times step, you can configure additional:
- Single dates (e.g., June 1, June 15, July 3)
- Date ranges (e.g., July 8 - 10 and August 2 - 4)

You can also:
- Schedule days of the week within a date range (e.g., Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5pm - 7pm)
- Add multiple time blocks per day (e.g., Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am - 9am and 4pm - 5pm)
Note: These are fixed, meaning parkers will not select their own dates and times.

3. Finalize the Event
Complete the remaining steps (locations, pricing, settings) as usual. When you publish, your Event will:
- Display a full list of dates on the Portal
- Trigger confirmation/reminder emails for each date/date range
- Display all dates in reports and exports

FAQs
1. Can I add multiple Locations to an Event?
Yes! You can still add one or more Locations to your Event – just like before.
Right now:
- All Locations are fixed, so parkers don’t get to choose which one to use
- Every date/date range you add will share the same set of Locations
Coming soon – you’ll be able to:
- Assign different Locations to specific dates/date ranges
- Allow parkers to choose their preferred Location
2. Can I set pricing for each date?
Not yet – pricing is set for the full Event.
We plan to support different prices per date/date range in a future update!
3. What happens if a parker registers between dates?
Let’s say your Event includes two date ranges:
- July 1 – 3
- July 19 – 21
If a parker registers on July 10, their Permit will automatically start on July 19 (the next upcoming date range).
This ensures they're only authorized during future intervals, not ones that have already passed.
4. Can license plates be changed for date ranges?
Not yet, but you can still update the plate at any time, and it will apply to all dates on the Permit.
For example:
- Your Event covers four dates: July 1, 15, 25, 30
- A parker changes their plate from
TEST1
toTEST2
on July 14 - The new plate (
TEST2
) will be valid for every remaining date on the Permit
In the future, we’re planning to let you assign different plates to specific dates.
5. How many emails will parkers receive?
Consider the following Permit:

The parker will receive:
- Confirmation email: Sent immediately after they register
- Reminder email: Sent 24 hours before the first date range begins
- Expiry reminder: Sent 15 minutes before the first date range ends
- Reminder email: Sent 24 hours before the second date range begins
- Expiry reminder: Sent 15 minutes before the second date range ends
Note: Reminder emails will not be sent for days of the week (e.g., Mondays and Wednesdays).
